I tried the Indo Board and Indo Yoga board for the first time during the Carolina Cup SUP race in Wrightsville Beach, NC. and fell in love with it. Then I was fortunate enough to spend time with Hunter Joslin, the owner of the company, during my race clinic with Candice Appleby and Anthony Vela. Thanks Candice and Anthony for including this in the clinic!!! Hunter demonstrated how we could use the board to improve our own balance and core strength and to utilize it for our SUP students who need to build the muscle groups used in Stand Up Paddleboarding.

The Indo Yoga Board is designed to simulate yoga on a Stand Up Paddleboard. The all wood board sits on three IndoFLO cushions to make it "unstable" so that you work the muscles that you'll need in SUP Yoga and fitness classes. The original Indo Board Balance Trainer can be used with a roller or IndoFLO cushion. It takes your work out to the next level for sure. This is the perfect home workout if you have limited space. The goal on the Balance Trainer is to ride as long as possible and keep the deck from touching the ground. CHALLENGING but FUN!

This weekend I had the opportunity to demo the Indo Yoga Boards at a local My Aloha Paddle Sports & Fitness SUP Race event and everyone who tried the board had fun and made comments about what a great overall body work out it was. I am planning to incorporate the use of the boards into my PaddleFit classes and my own regular workouts. Very exciting to have something new and different to challenge myself and my PaddleFit Students with.
